Armor, magic resist, mana and attack speed are the same at every star level.

Yasuo

1 star: Gain 180 Shield for 2 seconds and dash through the target, slashing nearby enemies for ? physical damage. Every third cast the slash deals 250% damage, hits a larger area, and Stuns enemies for 1.5 seconds. If only one enemy remains, repeatedly slash them until they die.
2 star: Gain 240 Shield for 2 seconds and dash through the target, slashing nearby enemies for ? physical damage. Every third cast the slash deals 250% damage, hits a larger area, and Stuns enemies for 1.5 seconds. If only one enemy remains, repeatedly slash them until they die.
3 star: Gain 2500 Shield for 20 seconds and dash through the target, slashing nearby enemies for ? physical damage. Every third cast the slash deals 250% damage, hits a larger area, and Stuns enemies for 1.5 seconds. If only one enemy remains, repeatedly slash them until they die.
