Armor, magic resist, mana and attack speed are the same at every star level.

Ryze

1 star: Create a portal to Ionia in the center of the battlefield, summoning forth a Spirit Tree that affects the 5 closest units. Allies gain 30% Attack Speed for 6 seconds and are healed for 400 over the duration. Enemies dance, dealing 175 magic damage and Stunning them for 2 seconds.
2 star: Create a portal to Ionia in the center of the battlefield, summoning forth a Spirit Tree that affects the 7 closest units. Allies gain 40% Attack Speed for 6 seconds and are healed for 500 over the duration. Enemies dance, dealing 275 magic damage and Stunning them for 2.5 seconds.
3 star: Create a portal to Ionia in the center of the battlefield, summoning forth a Spirit Tree that affects the 20 closest units. Allies gain 300% Attack Speed for 6 seconds and are healed for 3000 over the duration. Enemies dance, dealing 1500 magic damage and Stunning them for 20 seconds.
