Ryze

1 star: Create a portal to Piltover that launches an enforcer grenade towards the largest clump of enemies, dealing 275 magic damage to enemies within two hexes and creating a containment area for 5 seconds. Enemies are unable to leave the area, and 30% of the damage dealt to them is also dealt to all other enemies within.
2 star: Create a portal to Piltover that launches an enforcer grenade towards the largest clump of enemies, dealing 425 magic damage to enemies within two hexes and creating a containment area for 5 seconds. Enemies are unable to leave the area, and 30% of the damage dealt to them is also dealt to all other enemies within.
3 star: Create a portal to Piltover that launches an enforcer grenade towards the largest clump of enemies, dealing 3000 magic damage to enemies within two hexes and creating a containment area for 10 seconds. Enemies are unable to leave the area, and 500% of the damage dealt to them is also dealt to all other enemies within.
